Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for consultations, broker opinions of value, fixed fee document preparation, and marketing retainers purchased through this website. It does not cover third party vendor costs such as paid ads, photography, inspection, environmental, legal, or title services.
Consultations
Consultation fees are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not refundable. We can reschedule one time at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Broker Opinion of Value and Fixed Fee Work
Fees are refundable if work has not started. Once work begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed. After delivery of the BOV or fixed fee deliverable, fees are not refundable.
Marketing Retainers and Advertising
Marketing retainers are not refundable once work starts. Paid advertising, photography, signage, and other third party costs are not refundable after they are purchased or scheduled.
Billing Issues
If you believe there is a billing error, email nathan@sbpcommercial.com within 10 days of the charge. We will review and respond in writing.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your payment provider after the refund is issued.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. If you file a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the matter, we may dispute the chargeback with documentation of services provided.
How to Request a Refund
•    Include your name, the email used for purchase, date of purchase, and a brief description of the request.
•    If applicable, attach any supporting documents or screenshots.
•    Send your request to nathan@sbpcommercial.com.
Third Party Vendors
Fees paid directly to third parties are subject to each vendor's policies. We cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
